Vestige is an uppercase display typeface created from hand-made imprints of gravestone lettering.
Each letter began as a physical impression taken from carved stone, capturing the irregular edges, worn surfaces and subtle imperfections left behind by time, weather and hand-carved lettering. These original marks were then developed into a digital typeface while retaining the character and texture of the source material.
The result is a distinctive display font that feels handmade, tactile and slightly weathered, without losing its clarity or contemporary character. Created from real physical impressions rather than digitally adding a distressed effect, Vestige is a typeface rooted in stone, time and the marks left by hand. No AI.
Vestige works particularly well for bold headlines, posters, editorial design, packaging, branding, signage, album artwork and other projects that benefit from a strong physical presence.

Size: Small
A one-of-a-kind, hand-printed T-shirt featuring a lino-printed Frog on a dark green fabric patch, hand-sewn onto the front, with a lino-printed woodland creatures design across the back.
Each T-shirt is individually printed by hand using fabric ink, so small variations and occasional ink marks may occur. These are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
The T-shirt is made by Earth Positive from 100% organic cotton. Their garments are ethically produced and audited by the Fair Wear Foundation, with a 90% reduced carbon footprint, verified by the Carbon Trust.
